Microsoft’s
recently Windows 8 app store continues to rise after adding 14,557 apps in the earlier
period about 35 days, and according to the tracking website Metro Store Scanner.
With that figure, Windows 8 app ecosystem has a sum of 35,167 apps. 22,000 of
those are accessible in the US market.

This may be far-off
Apple and Google, but the fresh statistics have to be heartening for Microsoft
as the software giant battling to continue significant and compete. The Windows
8 store inducted with 10,000 apps on October 30, mounting to 13,000 inside a
week.
